The Health Access Program helps its members, many of them seniors, handle their health-related concerns —everything from sorting out medical bills to finding a doctor. Tele-Care
Provides daily (every day of the year) check-in phone calls to people who are homebound or isolated. To register, call (510) 204-4487 Monday through Friday, 8:30 to 11:30 am.
